  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup brown sugar (for topping)
  • 1/2 cup flour (for topping)
  • 1/3 cup melted butter (for topping)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake sweet potatoes 1 hour until tender.

Let cool, then peel and mash.

Mix mashed sweet potatoes with butter, brown sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Spread in greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

For topping: mix brown sugar, flour, melted butter, and pecans.

Sprinkle topping over sweet potato mixture.
