Ingredients

Shop the tools
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups corn syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons bourbon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups pecans, chopped

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9x13 inch pan with parchment paper.

Mix flour and powdered sugar. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.

Press mixture into bottom of prepared pan.

Bake 20 minutes until lightly golden.

Whisk eggs, corn syrup, sugar, melted butter, bourbon, and vanilla.

Stir in pecans.

Pour over hot crust.

Bake 25-30 minutes until set but still slightly jiggly in center.

Cool completely before cutting into bars.
