Ingredients
Shop the tools- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2-3 tablespoons cold water
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Beat cheese and butter until well combined.
Mix in flour, salt, cayenne, and paprika.
Add water 1 tablespoon at a time until dough comes together.
Roll dough to 1/4-inch thickness and cut into strips.
Place on baking sheets and bake 12-15 minutes until golden.
Cool on wire racks and store in airtight container.
