  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornmeal
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix sugar, cornmeal, flour, and salt.

Beat eggs and add to sugar mixture.

Stir in melted butter, milk, vinegar, and vanilla.

Pour into pie crust.

Bake 45-50 minutes until set and golden on top.

Let cool completely before slicing.

Serve at room temperature.
