Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup celery, finely diced
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 3/4 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery, grapes, and pecans.

In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, mustard, and honey.

Pour dressing over chicken mixture and stir until well combined.

Season with salt, pepper, and fold in fresh dill.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
