Ingredients
Shop- 1 lb spaghetti
- 4 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
Sauté mushrooms and onion in butter until soft.
Sprinkle flour over vegetables, stir 1 minute.
Gradually add broth and cream, stirring until thickened.
Remove from heat, stir in sour cream and 1 cup cheddar.
Mix sauce with cooked spaghetti and chicken.
Pour into greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Top with remaining cheddar, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs.
Bake 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
