  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups pecan halves

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Whisk together eggs, corn syrup, sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and salt.

Arrange pecan halves in bottom of pie crust.

Pour filling over pecans.

Bake 50-60 minutes until filling is set and slightly puffed.
