Ingredients

  • 1 spiral-sliced ham (8-10 lbs)
  • 2 cups Coca-Cola
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Whole cloves for studding (optional)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Place ham in roasting pan, cut side down.

Pour 1 cup Coca-Cola over ham.

Cover with foil and bake 1 hour.

Mix remaining Coca-Cola, brown sugar, mustard, ground cloves, and cinnamon.

Remove ham from oven, brush with glaze, and stud with whole cloves if using.

Return to oven uncovered and bake 45-60 minutes, basting every 15 minutes.

Let rest 15 minutes before slicing.

Serve with remaining glaze on the side.
