Ingredients
Shop- 8 cups crumbled cornbread
- 4 cups cubed white bread
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 celery stalks, diced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons dried sage
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Brown sausage in a skillet, breaking into crumbles. Remove.
Sauté onion and celery in sausage drippings until soft.
Mix cornbread and white bread in large bowl.
Add sausage, vegetables, sage, and poultry seasoning.
Pour over bread mixture and stir until well combined.
Pour into prepared baking dish.
Bake 45-50 minutes until golden brown on top.
