Ingredients
Shop the tools- 12 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Paprika for garnish
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Peel hard-boiled eggs and cut in half lengthwise.
Remove yolks and place in bowl.
Mash yolks with fork until smooth.
Add mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
Spoon or pipe filling into egg white halves.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Garnish with parsley if desired.
Refrigerate until serving.
