Ingredients
Shop the tools- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 cans (14 oz each) sweetened condensed milk
- 4 egg yolks
- 2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
Press into 9-inch pie pan and bake 10 minutes. Cool.
Pour into cooled crust.
Bake 15 minutes until set.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
Top with whipped cream before serving.
