Ingredients
Shop- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
In large bowl, combine cooled macaroni, celery, onion, relish, and eggs.
Pour dressing over and stir gently to combine.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
Stir before serving and sprinkle with paprika.
Adjust seasoning if needed after chilling.
