Ingredients

Shop the tools
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, whipped
  • Chocolate sauce for drizzling

Instructions

1

Mix cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.

2

Press into 9-inch pie pan and refrigerate.

3

Beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.

4

Add powdered sugar and vanilla, beat until fluffy.

5

Fold in whipped cream.

6

Pour into crust and smooth top.

7

Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

8

Drizzle with chocolate sauce before serving.

Chef's Comfy Tip

Use room temperature cream cheese for the smoothest filling - cold cream cheese will leave lumps no matter how much you beat it.
