Ingredients

Shop
  • 1 bag (13 oz) tortilla chips
  • 3 cups pulled pork, warmed
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup pickled jalapeños
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 avocado, diced

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Spread chips on a large baking sheet .

Toss pulled pork with half the BBQ sauce.

Distribute pork evenly over chips, then sprinkle with both cheeses.

Bake 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from oven and immediately top with jalapeños, tomatoes, green onions, and cilantro.

Drizzle with remaining BBQ sauce and dollops of sour cream.

Scatter avocado on top and serve immediately.
