Ingredients
Shop the tools- 3-4 lb chuck roast
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1/2 cup butter
- 8-10 pepperoncini peppers
- 1/4 cup pepperoncini juice
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
Season roast with salt and pepper.
Place roast in slow cooker.
Sprinkle ranch mix and au jus mix over roast.
Place butter on top of roast.
Add pepperoncini peppers and juice.
Cover and cook on low 8 hours until very tender.
Shred meat with forks and mix with cooking juices.
Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
