Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
Beat cake mix, sour cream, oil, water, eggs, and sugar until smooth.
Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and pecans for filling.
Pour half the batter into pan, sprinkle with filling, top with remaining batter.
Bake 50-55 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool 15 minutes, then invert onto plate.
Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for glaze.
Drizzle over warm cake.
