Ingredients
Shop- 4 quarts water
- 1/2 cup Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 cup Cajun seasoning
- 2 lemons, halved
- 6 cloves garlic, smashed
- 2 lbs small red potatoes
- 1 lb smoked sausage, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 6 ears of corn, halved
- 3 lbs large shrimp, shell-on
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- Cocktail sauce for serving
Instructions
In a large stockpot, bring water, Old Bay, Cajun seasoning, lemons, and garlic to a boil.
Add potatoes and cook 10 minutes.
Add sausage and cook 5 minutes.
Add corn and cook 5 minutes.
Add shrimp and cook 3-4 minutes until pink and cooked through.
Drain everything and spread on a large serving platter or newspaper-covered table.
Drizzle with melted butter and serve with cocktail sauce.
