Ingredients
Shop- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
- 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Beat sweet potatoes with melted butter until smooth.
Add sugar, evaporated milk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
Beat until well combined and smooth.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake 55-60 minutes until center is set.
Let cool completely before slicing.
Serve with whipped cream.
