  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine dry pudding mix and crushed pineapple with its juice. Stir well.

Fold in marshmallows and pecans.

Gently fold in whipped topping until well combined.

If using, fold in coconut.
