Ingredients
Shop- 8-10 lb spiral-cut ham
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 can (20 oz) pineapple slices
- Maraschino cherries
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Place ham in a roasting pan, cut side down.
Mix brown sugar, pineapple juice, honey, mustard, and cloves.
Brush half the glaze over ham.
Cover with foil and bake 1.5 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
Remove foil, arrange pineapple slices on ham with cherries.
Brush with remaining glaze.
Bake uncovered 30 more minutes until caramelized.
Let rest 15 minutes before slicing.
