Ingredients
Shop- 1 lb spaghetti
- 4 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
Mix soups, Rotel, broth, and garlic powder.
Sauté onion and bell pepper until soft.
Combine cooked spaghetti, chicken, soup mixture, vegetables, and 2 cups cheese.
Pour into greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
