  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • Vegetable oil for frying
