Pat steaks dry with paper towels.
Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, pepper, and salt in a shallow dish.
Dredge each steak in flour, dip in egg mixture, then coat again in flour.
Heat 1/2 inch oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
Fry steaks 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and keep warm.
Gradually add milk, whisking constantly until thickened.
Season gravy with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve steaks smothered in white gravy.
