Ingredients

  • 1 head green cabbage, shredded
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Combine shredded cabbage and carrots in a large bowl.

Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, celery seed, salt, and pepper.

Pour dressing over cabbage mixture.

Toss well to coat evenly.

Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving to let flavors meld.

Toss again before serving and adjust seasoning if needed.
