Ingredients
Shop- 6 bone-in pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 3 tablespoons flour (for gravy)
- 2 1/2 cups whole milk (for gravy)
Instructions
Mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Dredge pork chops in flour, then egg, then flour again.
Heat 1/4 inch oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
Fry pork chops 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Remove chops and keep warm.
Pour off all but 3 tablespoons oil.
Gradually add milk, whisking until smooth and thickened.
Serve gravy over pork chops.
