Remove tough stems from greens and chop leaves.
Place turkey wing, onion, and garlic in large pot with broth.
Bring to boil, then simmer 45 minutes.
Add turnip greens in batches, stirring as they wilt.
Add vinegar, sugar, and red pepper flakes.
Simmer 1-1.5 hours until greens are very tender.
Remove turkey wing, shred meat, and return to pot.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with pot likker and hot sauce.
